摘　　要：介绍傅汝林治疗真性红细胞增多症(PV)的经验。PV早期多热毒浸淫、血热炽盛,中期多阴虚血瘀、肝阳上亢,后期多肝肾亏损、髓枯精竭;临证分为肝肾阴虚型、肝火上炎型、气血亏虚型;针对不同时期的病因病机分期辨证采用扶正与祛邪并用的方法,提倡辨病为先,病证结合,中西互参,取长补短。FU Rulin＇s experiences in the treatment of polycythemia vera（ PV） is introduced in this article. The pathogenesis of early PV are mostly heat toxin and excessive blood heat. In medium term of the disease,Yin-deficiency,blood stasis and liver-yang hyperactivity are common. At late stage,patients nearly suffer from deficiency of liver and kidney or marrow wilt. PV syndromes are divided into three types clinically,Yin deficiency of liver and kidney,flaming of liver fire,and deficiency of Qi and blood. Considering pathogen of different periods and syndromes in different stages,Professor FU conducts treatments to strengthen body resistance and eliminate pathogenic factors. He also focuses on differentiating diseases first,and considers both disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,thus,to take the both advantages of Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine.
