调神、温经、通督综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症31例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察调神、温经、通督三步法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效。方法 63例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组31例和对照组32例。治疗组给予针刺、温针灸、腰部斜扳法合用,对照组仅给予针刺法。两组均每日1次,10次为1个疗程,疗程间休息3天,治疗两个疗程。观察治疗前后改良的日本骨科学会(M-JOA)下腰痛评分、腰椎间盘突出症患者功能障碍程度(Oswestry功能障碍指数),并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率100%,对照组总有效率83.33%,治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后较本组治疗前M-JOA下腰痛评分均明显提高,Oswestry功能障碍指数明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后M-JOA下腰痛评分高于对照组,Oswestry功能障碍指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论调神、温经、通督三步法治疗腰椎间盘突出症能有效减轻及消除腰椎间盘突出引起的腰腿疼痛,改善功能障碍,疗效优于单纯针刺治疗。Objective To observe clinical curative effects of comprehensive three-steps treatments of regulating mentality,warming meridians and recanalizating Du meridian on lumbar disc herniation. Methods Sixty three patients suffering from lumbar disc herniation were divided into two groups randomly： treatment group（31 cases） and control group（32 cases）. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and warm needles moxibustion combining with obligue-pulling manipulation. The control group was only given acupuncture. Two groups were all treated once per day with ten times as a course for two courses,and a three-day break was given between the courses of treatment.The low back pain scores according to Modified Japanese Orthopaedic Association Score（ M-JOA） before and after treatment,and degree of disfunction of patients suffering from lumbar disc herniation disease（ Oswestry disability index） were observed. Then the clinical curative effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of clinical curative effects was 100% in treatment group,and 83. 33% in the control group. The total effective rate of clinical curative effects of treatment group was superior to that of the control group（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,the M-JOA low back pain scores increased remarkably,while Oswestry dysfunction index decreased remarkably in both two groups（ P 0. 05）,especially in the treatment group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive threesteps treatment of lumbar disc herniation,including regulating mentality,warming meridians and recanalizating Du meridian can effectively relieve lumber and leg pain due to lumber disc herniation,and improve dysfunction. The curative effect is superior to acupuncture alone.
