摘 要:利用马来酸酐(MAH)接枝聚乙烯(PE)(PE-g-MAH)作为增容剂,以废弃的皮革纤维为增韧剂,通过物理机械共混方法,制备一种可生物降解的PP/PE-g-MAH/废皮革纤维复合材料。研究了PP/PE-g-MAH/废皮革纤维复合材料的微观结构和力学性能之间的关系。结果表明,PE-g-MAH与废皮革纤维之间存在着化学反应,有利于废皮革纤维在PP基体中的分散,同时提高了废皮革纤维与PP基体之间的作用力,改善了PP/PE-g-MAH/废皮革纤维复合材料的力学性能。PP/PE-g-MAH/废皮革纤维复合材料的力学性能与废皮革纤维的用量和废皮革纤维在PP基体中的分散状态有关。Polypropylene(PP)/maleic anhydride (MAH) grafted polyethylene(PE)/scrap leather fiber biodegradable composites were prepared by means of physical mechanical blending method and PE-g-MAH and scrap leather fiber were used as compatibility agent and toughening agent respectively. The relationships between micro-structure and mechanical properties of PP/PE-g-MAH/s crap leather fiber composites were studied. The experiment results show that the existence of chemical reaction between PE-g-MAH and scrap leather fiber was in favor of the good dispersion of scrap leather fiber in PP matrix,meanwhile increases the force between scrap leather fiber and PP matrix,which lead to the improvement of mechanical properties of PP/PE-g-MAH/scrap leather fiber composites. The mechanical properties of PP/PE-g-MAH/scrap leather fiber composites are related to the amount of scrap leather fiber and scrap leather fiber dispersed state in PP matrix.
