摘 要:为了得到聚苯乙烯粉末的选择性激光烧结(SLS)快速成型最佳工艺参数,采用正交试验方法,结合SLS实验,分析影响烧结试样尺寸精度的4个主要因素,并得到最佳工艺参数及在此工艺下的修正系数。结果表明,随着激光功率的增加,试样的收缩率呈先增加后减小的趋势;随着扫描速度和铺粉厚度的增加,试样的收缩率呈减小趋势;随着预热温度的升高,试样的收缩率呈先减小后增加的趋势。最佳工艺参数为:激光功率44 W、扫描速度1 900 mm/s、铺粉层厚0.23 mm、预热温度70℃。水平方向修正系数为1.004 9,竖直方向修正系数为1.005 0。在最佳工艺参数下烧结的修正尺寸后的试样满足精度要求。In order to obtain the process parameters,the selective laser sintering rapid prototyping experiments of polystyrene(PS) powders was studied by using the method of orthogonal test. The four important influence factors that affect the dimensional accuracy of the sintered samples were analyzed. The optimum process parameters and correction factors were obtained. The results show the shrinkage rate increases firstly and then decreases with the laser power increasing,the shrinkage rate decreases with the laser scanning speed and the powder layer thickness increasing,the shrinkage rate decreases firstly and then increases with preheating temperature increasing. The optimum process parameters show that the laser power is 44 W,the laser scanning speed is 1 900 mm/s,the powder layer thickness is 0.23 mm,the preheating temperature is 70℃,and the correction factor on horizontal is 1.004 9,the correction factor on vertical is 1.005 0. The parts with correction factors and optimum process parameters are gained, and the dimensional accuracy is satisfied.
