摘  要:分析了果汁机杯盖的结构、功能特点,应用UG NX软件实现果汁机杯盖的注塑模具整体结构设计。对果汁机杯盖塑料件的注塑工艺进行了分析,对浇注系统、冷却系统进行了设计计算。基于果汁机杯盖同一侧面分布有不同方向的孔,设计同向抽芯机构完成注塑模具的侧抽芯需求。设计中采用斜顶针、斜顶针固定块、滑块、斜导柱、楔紧块共同组成侧抽芯机构,稳定地完成侧抽芯运动。实践证明,设计的果汁机杯盖同向侧抽芯注塑模具结构稳定,运动准确。The structure and function feature of a fruit juice extractor cover was analyzed and the overall structure of the fruit juice extractor cover injection mould was designed by UG NX software. The injection process of the fruit juice extractor cover and the design calculation of gating system and cooling system were mainly introduced. Based on the structure of different directions hole in the same side of the fruit juice extractor cover,the same direction core pulling mechanism of injection mould was designed. Side core pulling body was composed of oblique thimble,thimble fixed block,sliding block,angle pin and wedge block. This side core pulling mechanism could complete the side core pulling movement stability. The results show that,the fruit juice extractor cover injection mould is designed with the properties of stability structure,working accuracy.
