摘 要:在碱性介质中,基于多潘立酮对纳米银(AgNPs)增敏Luminol-KMnO4化学发光体系发光信号的抑制作用,结合流动注射技术,提出了测定多潘立酮的化学发光分析新方法。在选定的流路和实验条件下,该方法测定多潘立酮的线性范围为1.0×10^-8-5.0×10^-6 g/mL,检出限为1.05×10^-9 g/mL。对1.0×10^-6 g/mL的多潘立酮溶液平行测定11次,其相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.7%。该法灵敏、准确、快速,用于样品中多潘立酮的测定,结果满意。A simple,sensitive,and rapid flow-injection chemiluminescence method was reported for the determination of domperidone.The method was based on the fact that the silver nanoparticles(AgNPs),synthesized by chemical reduction method,could enhance the chemiluminescence intensity of the luminolKMnO4 system and the addition of domperidone inhibited the chemiluminescence signals in alkaline solution obviously.The enhancing effect of AgNPs on this reaction was studied.The experimental conditions that influence the chemiluminescence intensity were carefully studied and optimized.Possible interferences were also studied.Under the optimum conditions,the ratio of chemiluminescence intensity I0/I was correlated linearly with the concentration of domperidone over the range of 1.0×10^-8-5.0×10^-6 g/mL and the detection limit(3σ)was 1.05×10^-9 g/mL.The relative standard deviation for the determination of 1.0×10^-6 g/mL domperidone was 1.7%(n=11).The method was successfully applied to the determination of domperidone in samples.The possible chemiluminescence reaction mechanism was also discussed briefly.
