摘　　要：目的:对大鼠化学性肝纤维化细胞凋亡情况进行检测,考察毛菊苣根不同极性萃取部位对大鼠肝细胞凋亡的抑制作用。方法:用Tunel试剂盒检测正常组、不同萃取物的给药组、阳性药对照组,CCl4模型组和TAA模型组大鼠细胞核DNA的断裂情况,根据光学显微镜下细胞所显示出的颜色和计数判断肝纤维化细胞凋亡情况,考察药物作用。结果:CG-Ⅴ和CG-Ⅶ对CCl4造模形成的肝纤维化大鼠细胞凋亡情况与正常组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01);CG-Ⅴ对TAA造模形成的肝纤维化大鼠细胞凋亡情况与模型组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:毛菊苣石油醚萃取物CG-Ⅴ对大鼠肝纤维化细胞凋亡的抑制具有统计学意义。OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of cichorium glandulosum extracts on hepatic fibrosis by detecting apoptosis of hepatic fibrosis cells of rats.METHODS Tunel kit method was used to detect cleavage of DNA of rats cell nucleus in normal group,medication groups receiving different extracts,control group receiving positive drug,CCl4 model group and TAA model group,and apoptosis of hepatic fibrosis cells apoptosis was estimated according to color and number of the cells under light microscope,to investigate the effects of the extracts.RESULTS Apoptosis of hepatic fibrosis cells（modeled by CCl4）in CG-Ⅴ and CG-Ⅶ groups was significant different compared with the normal group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;apoptosis of hepatic fibrosis cells（modeled by TAA）in CG-Ⅴ group was significantly different compared with the model group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION The extracts of Cichorium glandulosum CG-Ⅴ has significant inhibiting effects against apoptosis of hepatic fibrosis cells.
