摘  要:目的:优选跌打促愈片的提取工艺。方法:以丹酚酸B含量、川续断皂苷Ⅵ含量和水溶性浸出物为评价指标,采用正交设计法优选跌打促愈片的提取工艺。结果:丹酚酸B在0.37~2.96μg之间,线性关系良好,其回归方程为:Y=407.34 X-17.824,r=0.999 8;川续断皂苷Ⅵ在0.8~6.4μg之间,线性关系良好,其回归方程为:Y=255.94 X+5.095 1,r=0.999 5。跌打促愈片的最佳提取工艺为:浸泡2 h,加水煎煮2次,第1次加10倍量水提取1.5 h,第2次加8倍量水提取1.0h。结论:优选出的工艺可行,重复性好,可用于该制剂的提取。OBJECTIVE To select the best extraction process of Diedacuyu Tablets.METHODS Taking the indexes of salvia acid B,asperosaponin Ⅵ content and extract water-soluble,the extraction process of Diedacuyu Tablets were optimized with orthogonal design test.RESULTS The salvia acid B showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.37-2.96μg,the regression equation was Y=407.34 X-17.824,r=0.999 8.The asperosaponin Ⅵ showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.37-2.96μg,the regression equation was Y=255.94 X+5.095 1,r=0.999 5.The best extraction process were soaking for 2 h,boiling water for 2 times,first 10 times the amount of water extraction1.5 h,second 8 times water extraction of 1.0h.CONCLUSION The process is feasible and has good repeatability.It can be used for extraction of this preparation.
