摘  要:目的建立毛细管气相色谱法同时测定烧伤软膏中甲基正壬酮和冰片。方法 Agilent HP-5毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm),FID检测器,柱温采取程序升温,进样口温度220℃,检测器温度250℃,进样量1μL,不分流,载气为氮气,柱体积流量1.0 m L/min,空气体积流量450 m L/min,氢气体积流量40 m L/min。结果 2组分的分离度和线性关系良好,甲基正壬酮、冰片线性范围分别为4.652-116.3μg/m L(r=0.999 9)、0.2098-5.246 mg/m L(r=0.999 8),平均回收率分别为98.1%(RSD=1.7%)、98.3%(RSD=1.8%)。结论本法操作简便、结果准确、重复性好,可用于烧伤软膏的质量控制。AIM To establish a method for determining methyl nonyl ketone and borneol in Burn Ointment.METHODS The methyl nonyl ketone and borneol were determined by gas chromatography with Agilent HP-5capillary chromatographic column( 30 m × 0. 32 mm,0. 25 μm). The column was in programming temperature mode,220 ℃ injector temperature,250 ℃ FID temperature,1μL injector volume were adopted without split ratio.Nitrogen was used as carrier gas with 1. 0 m L / min volume flow of column,400 m L / min air and 40 m L / min hydrogen. RESULTS The linear ranges were 4. 652- 116. 3 μg / m L( r = 0. 999 9) for methyl nonyl ketone,0. 209 8- 5. 246 mg / m L( r = 0. 999 8) for borneol,respectively. The corresponding average recovery rates were98. 1%( RSD = 1. 7%) and 98. 3%( RSD = 1. 8%),respectively. CONCLUSION The established gas chromatography presents simplicity,accuracy,high sensitive and good reproducibility,it can be used for quality control of Burn Ointment.
