摘 要:目的研究胡颓子叶的化学成分。方法胡颓子叶乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位采用大孔吸附树脂柱、硅胶柱和Diaion HP-20、Toyopearl HW-40凝胶柱等柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质、核磁共振谱和红外光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从胡颓子叶乙酸乙酯部位分离得到8个化合物,经鉴定,分别为3,3-二甲基-5-氧代-2-己醇烯丙酸酯(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、水杨酸(3)、香草酸(4)、没食子酸(5)、山柰酚(6)、槲皮素(7)、银椴苷(8);从正丁醇部位分离得到5个化合物,经鉴定,分别为芦丁(9)、葛花苷(10)、山柰酚-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11)、3'-O-甲基鞣花酸-4-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(12)、3'-甲氧基槲皮素(13)。结论化合物1、8、9、10为首次从该属植物中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents from the leaves of Elaeagnus pungens Thunb. METHODS The chromatographic separation and purification of the ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol parts of the leaves of E. pungens Thunb were carried out on Diaion HP-20,Toyopearl HW-40,and silica gel column. The structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and physiochemical properties,NMR,and IR spectra. RESULTS Eight compounds were obtained at the part of Ethyl acetate,which were elucidated as 3,3-dimethyl-5-oxo-2-hexanol allyl ester( 1),β-sitosterol( 2),salicylic acid( 3),vanillic acid( 4),gallic acid( 5),kaemferol( 6),quercetin( 7),trans-tiliroside( 8),five compounds were obtained at the part of N-butyl alcohol,which were elucidated as rutin( 9), kakkalide( 10) kakkalidekaemepferol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 11),3'-O-methyl-ellagic acid-4-O-α-L-rhamnicoside( 12),3'-O-methylquercetin( 13). CONCLUSION Compounds 1、8、9、10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
