摘　　要：目的对主产于广西的二色波罗蜜茎的化学成分进行研究。方法二色波罗蜜茎用80%甲醇回流提取,提取液经减压浓缩得到浸膏,其石油醚和乙酸乙酯部分应用硅胶柱色谱方法分离得到9个化合物,并根据其理化性质和波谱分析来解析这些化合物的结构。结果从二色波罗蜜茎中分离得到9个化合物,分别为3-乙酰氧基-12-烯-齐墩果烷(1),β-谷甾醇(2),cycloartocarpin(3),熊果酸(4),齐墩果酸(5),6β-羟基豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(6),1-正十六烷酸甘油酯(7),木犀草素(8),胡萝卜苷(9)。结论化合物1、3、4、5、6、7、8为首次从该植物中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents from the stems of Artocarpus styracifolius Pierre growing in Guangxi Region,in China. METHODS The stems of Artocarpus styracifolius Pierre were refluxed with 80%methanol and their extract was obtained in reduced pressure distillation. Nine compounds were isolated by silica gel chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography from petrol ether part and ethyl acetate part of extracts. Their structures were identified on the basis of physico-chemical characters and spectroscopic analysis. RESULTS Nine compounds obtained were identified as 3α-acetoxy-12-ene-oleanane（ 1）,β-sitosterol（ 2）,cycloartocarpin（ 3）,ursolic acid（ 4）,oleanolic acid（ 5）,stigmast-4-ene-6α-ol-3-one（ 6）,hexadecanoic acid 2,3-dihydroxy-propyl ester（ 7）,luteolin（ 8）,daucosterol（ 9）. CONCLUSION Compounds 1,3,4,5,6,7,8 are isolated from Artocarpus styracifolius Pierre for the first time.
