摘 要:目的观察甘草汁蒸制远志过程中对远志皂苷B和细叶远志皂苷含有量的动态变化。方法采用HPLC同时测定远志生品及甘草汁蒸制不同时间(4、8、12、16、20、24 h)炮制品中远志皂苷B和细叶远志皂苷的量。色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 m L/min;检测波长210 nm。结果随着蒸制时间的延长,细叶远志皂苷含有量逐渐升高,而远志皂苷B含有量变化不大。结论远志中远志皂苷B含有量较高,达到2.23%;甘草汁蒸制仅对远志中细叶远志皂苷含有量影响显著,但对远志皂苷B含有量无明显影响。AIM To explore the content changes of onjisapion B and tenuifolin in the process of Polygala tenuifolia steamed with licorice extract. METHODS The contents of onjisapion B and tenuifolin in crude and steamed products of Polygala tenuifolia were determined by HPLC at intervals of 4,8,12,16,20,and24 h. The analyses of samples were performed on Kromasil C18( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of water containing acetonitrile and 0. 05 % phosphoric acid solution in a gradient program mode,flow rate was 1. 0 m L / min. The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. RESULTS With the extension of steaming time, tenuifolin content increased significantly, but onjisaponin B content had little change. CONCLUSION Onjisaponin B content in Polygala tenuifolia possesses higher content,reaching2. 23 %,steaming with licorice extract plays a significant role in increasing tenuifolin content,but has a little influence on onjisaponin B content.
