摘  要:针对淬火产生的氧化皮对后续氯化铵镀镉和65Si2Mn WA弹簧自身性能造成的不利影响,在镀镉前增加了碱液松皮工序,具体工艺流程为:淬火─装挂─除油─松皮─活化─电镀。分析了松皮处理对镀镉层外观、结合力以及弹簧自身性能的影响。结果表明,在含160 g/L Na NO2和500 g/L Na OH的碱液中110°C松皮70 min后,所得镀层为银白色,均匀、细致,结合力强,弹簧性能基本不会降低,抗拉强度和洛氏硬度均符合行业标准要求。Aiming at the adverse effect of oxide scale produced during quenching on ammonium chloride cadmium plating and performance of 65Si2MnWA spring, oxide scales were removed with alkali solution before cadmium plating. The process flow is composed of quenching, hanging, degreasing, descaling, activation, and plating. The effect of descaling on the appearance and adhesion of cadmium coating and the performance of spring was analyzed. The results showed that the cadmium coating prepared after descaling in a bath containing NaNO2 160 g/L and NaOH 500 g/L, at 110 ℃ for 70 min is silver- white, uniform, and compact, having a strong adhesion. The process slightly affects the properties of spring. The tensile strength and Rockwell hardness of the cadmium-plated spring meet the requirements of industrial standard.
