摘 要:以漂珠(FACs)为基体,采用化学镀法制得FACs/Ni–Fe–P复合粉体。分别采用扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱仪、矢量网络分析仪等研究了FACs/Ni–Fe–P复合材料的微观形貌、组成、电磁特性和吸波性能。结果表明,镀覆后漂珠表面形成了均匀致密的Ni–Fe–P合金镀层。从[Ni2+]∶[Fe2+]为1∶1的镀液中制得的FACs/Ni–Fe–P复合粉体在2~18 GHz范围内具有较好的介电损耗和磁损耗性能。以FACs/Ni–Fe–P复合粉体为吸收剂的吸波材料厚度为1.5 mm时,其在15.1 GHz处的反射损耗峰值为-31.28 d B,反射损耗小于-20 d B的带宽为1.9 GHz。Electroless plating of Ni–Fe–P alloy was conducted with fly ash cenospheres(FACs) as substrates to form FACs/Ni–Fe–P composite powders. The micromorphology, composition, electromagnetic properties, and wave absorbability of FACs/Ni–Fe–P composite powders were studied by scanning electron microscope, X-ray photoelectron spectroscope, and vector network analyzer, respectively. It is shown that the Ni–Fe–P alloy coating formed on the surface of fly ash cenosphere is uniform and compact. The FACs/Ni–Fe–P composite powders prepared from the bath with a [Ni2+]:[Fe2+] ratio of 1:1 exhibit better dielectric loss and magnetic loss properties in the frequency range of 2-18 GHz. The absorbing material with a thickness of 1.5 mm using FACs/Ni–Fe–P composite powders as absorbent has a maximum reflection loss of-31.28 d B at 15.1 GHz, and the bandwidth is 19 GHz when its reflection loss is below-20 d B.
