摘　　要：克思的经济发展方式思想包含有丰富内容,既有对扩大再生产两种形式的直接阐述,也有从广义的角度论述科学技术、不同部类协调发展、企业管理、自然资源、制度保障等对经济发展影响的思想。这一思想不仅构成其经济发展理论的重要组成部分,而且是社会主义国家经济学界研究经济发展方式的思想来源。研究马克思的经济发展方式思想,对中国转变经济发展方式有着方法论和实践指导意义。The way of development of Marx＇s thought contains rich content, which has elaborates directly expanded reproduction in two forms, also elaborates the ideas that the effect of science and technology, the coordinated development of different categories, management of enterprises ,natural resources, and security system to the economic development from a broad perspective. This thought is not only an important part of Marx＇s theory of economic development, and is the ideological sources that the economics profession of socialist country studying the way of economic development. There is a methodology and practical significance to the transformation of the way of economic development to study Marx＇s thought of the way of economic development in china.
