摘 要:内创业员工作为企业二次创业的重要推动者,对于企业持续获得竞争力至关重要。但内创业员工作为创业者与企业员工的结合体,在创业特征方面与独立创业者存在差异。运用实证分析方法,通过建立包含人口学特征、创业感知及创业态度等创业特质变量的logit回归模型,对人口学特征、创业感知及创业态度等创业特质变量进行分析,发现内创业员工学历层次越高越有可能选择收入相对稳定的内创业活动;相对于独立创业者而言,内创业员工普遍认为,自身创业知识、技能与经验存在不足;在风险承担方面,内创业员工风险承担能力显著低于独立创业者。Intrepreneurial employees are very important factors for propelling enterprise "further entrepreneurship" and attaining sustainable competency. However, as the combination of entrepreneur and employee in an enterprise, intrepreneurial employees are very different in their attributes as compared with entrepreneurs. By using empirical study method, this essay builds a Logit Regression model which consists of many variables such as demographic features, entrepreneurial perceptions, and entrepreneurial attitudes. The main findings are as follows: the intrepreneurial employees with higher educational experience are facing more possibilities to stay at comparative positions to pro- ceed intrepreneurship; the intrepreneurial employees have gener- ally lower entrepreneurial knowledge, skill and experience when compared with independent entrepreneurs; and the risk - taking ability of intrepreneurial employees is comparatively at a less ex- tent than independent entrepreneurs.
