摘　　要：影像学是胃肠间质瘤(GIST)术前评价的重要手段之一。影像学报告GIST大体分型及分期有助于手术方案的制定及预后评估。CT及MRI多平面成像可辅助术前对肿瘤侵犯周围脏器情况做出客观评价。影像学形态和功能成像结合,可为术前靶向治疗疗效的早期评价及密切随访提供潜在指标,指导诊断性治疗的实施,并及时发现靶向治疗相关合并症。影像学多手段联合应用为GIST的手术治疗提供重要信息,有助于病人获得更好的治疗预后。Radiological reporting of the gross classification and staging contributes to the surgical plan and prognosis evaluation of the gastrointestinal stromal tumor （GIST）. The multi-planar reconstruction images by CT and MRI facilitate the objective assessment of the GIST invasion to the surrounding organs. The combination of the morphological and functional imaging can provide potential indicators for the early evaluation and timely follow-up of the preoperative＆amp;nbsp;targeted therapy, guide the implementation of the diagnostic treatment, and detect the targeted therapy-related complications. The integration of the radiology multi-modalities provides valuable information for the surgical treatment of the GIST, and helps the patients achieve better treatment outcomes.
