摘　　要：胃肠间质瘤(GIST)的病理诊断和分子检测对临床治疗和预后判断非常重要。从事GIST诊治的临床医生和病理医生均应熟悉GIST的临床病理学特点和分子检测相关内容,并了解一些容易被误诊为GIST的肿瘤类型,避免误诊和误治,使GIST病人从最大程度上获益。Correct pathological diagnosis and appropriate molecular assay of GIST are of paramount importance for the＆amp;nbsp;clinical treatment and prediction of the prognosis. Both clinicians and pathologists should be familiar with the clinicopathological features and molecular phenotypes of GIST, as well as its mimics, to avoid misdiagnosis and mistherapy, benefiting the patients to the greatest extent.
