摘  要:以木质成型燃料及其半焦为研究对象,通过热重分析对不同掺混比例下木质成型燃料和半焦的混燃特性展开研究,建立了相应的失重模型。实验结果表明,随着半焦掺混比例的增大,5种试样的TG曲线逐渐向低温区移动,DTG曲线上的第一个反应峰逐渐减小,最后消失,第二个反应峰所对应的温度区间逐渐增大;着火温度和燃尽温度随着掺混比例的增大而升高,燃尽温度所对应的残重量变化不大,综合燃烧特性指数随着掺混比例的增大而减小;当掺混比例小于50%时,掺混比例对混合燃料的燃烧状况不会产生明显影响,掺混比例增大,影响较为明显。提出的失重速率模型和实验值吻合较好。The research objects were the wood pellets and its semi-coke,thermo gravimetric analysis were used to research combustion characteristics of the mixed powder of different mixing ratios, the corresponding weight loss model was established. Experimental results showed that with increased of semi-coke mixing ratio the TG curves gradually moves to the low temperature area,DTG curves on the first response peak was gradually reduced and finally disappeared,second response peak corresponding to the temperature range increased;with increased of mixing ratio,the ignition temperature and burning-out temperature were increasing,burning-out temperature corresponding to the residual weight had little change,the synthetic combustion characteristics was reduce;When mixing ratio was less than 50%,mixing ratio on flex-fuel combustion will not have a significant effect,When the mixing ratio increased,the effect was significantly.The calculation results of the weight-loss model was coincided with experimental results.
