摘　　要：非手术疗法是盆腔器官脱垂的一线治疗方法,包括生活方式干预、盆底肌训练、生物反馈疗法和子宫托等。文章通过探讨这些方法的临床适应证、具体操作和效果评估,为规范盆腔器官脱垂非手术治疗提供指导。The first-line treatment for pelvic organ prolapse is nonsurgical therapy, which includes lifestyle intervention, pelvic floor muscle training, biofeedback and pessary. To provide guidelines for standard nonsurgical treatment of pelvic organ prolapse, this article describes their clinical applications,operational approaches and assessment of effectiveness.
