摘 要:研究了SiCp/2024p冷压块在部分重熔过程中的组织演变,并与基体合金进行了对比,探讨了温度对组织的影响。结果表明,冷压块在部分重熔过程中可分为3个阶段:初期晶粒的快速粗化、组织分离与球状化以及后期初生相颗粒的粗化;基体组织的分离快于复合材料,且基体的初生相颗粒尺寸小于复合材料的;重熔温度太高时,半固态浆料品质变差。The microstructure evolution of SiCp/2024 pAl composites prepared by alloy powder cold-pressing during partial remelting was investigated,and it was compared with those of the 2024 pmatrix.Effects of heating temperature on semisolid microstructure were described.The results indicate that the microstructural evolution process can be divided into three stages:the initial rapid coarsening of the fine grains within powders,structural separation and spheroidization,final coarsening of primary particles,respectively.The separation of the microstructure of the 2024 p matrix is faster than that of the composites during partial remelting,moreover,the primary particle size of the matrix microstructure is smaller than that of the composites.However,many advantages of thixoforming can be lost if the temperature is very high.
