摘　　要：利用倾斜管技术制备了A356铝合金半固态浆料,通过改变浇注温度、输送管转速和倾角、结晶器预热温度等工艺参数,观察了半固态浆料的组织变化,研究分析了各种工艺参数对A356半固态浆料的影响规律,获得了理想的微观组织。A356 aluminum alloy slurry was prepared by inclined tubes,and effects of some parameters,such as pouring temperature,rotating velocity and inclined angle of feeding tube,preheating temperature of mould,on microstructure of semi-solid slurry,were investigated.Through optimizing processing parameters,desirable microstructure of the A356 alloy semi-solid slurry can be prepared.
