摘　　要：基于连铸机总体设计理论,使用面向对象的高级语言C#,编写出一个方便快捷可视化的大方坯连铸机专用总体设计窗口程序Billetcastcad。通过输入基本的设计前提,利用该程序不仅可以进行温度场、配水量的计算,辊列设计与校核,还能绘出连铸机辊列图。程序试算结果与实际生产中的连铸机辊列相比较,各项校核指标均达到要求,能够满足实际设计的需要。Based on the theories of integrated design for conticaster,a convenient and efficient visual software for bloom caster integrated design Billetcastcad was developed with the object-oriented computer language C#.Through the input of basic design premise data,the computation of temperature field,water allocation,roller layout design and its check can be implemented,and the roller layout graph of the conticaster can also be drawn.The design results from the software are well agreement with the roller layout of casters in operation,meeting practical requirements.
