摘 要:针对外壁具有多台阶的筒形结构锻造毛坯的形状特点,提出一种引伸-辊挤复合成形技术,通过带有变内径辊轮的挤压作用实现该种构件的塑性成形,解决热冲拔工艺存在的材料利用率低、锻造毛坯质量差等问题。介绍引伸-辊挤复合成形的原理,对稳定变形条件进行分析,并完成引伸-辊挤成形装置的设计,较好地实现辊轮的同步运动,解决了飞边问题。验证结果表明,采用该工艺能够实现该类构件的精确成形,大幅度提高材料利用率,降低综合生产成本,实现节能降耗,达到了预期研究目标。According to the forging blank's cylindrical shape features with multi-step ektexine, the compound forming of drawing and rolling-extrusion was put forward to realize the plastic forming of the component by the extrusion of roll wheel with the variable internal diameter, which solves the problems of low utilization ratio of metal materials and poor quality of forging blanks during the hot-punching and drawing process. The principle of the compou.nd forming of drawing and rolling-extrusion was introduced, the steady deformation conditions were analyzed, and the design of the forming device was presented. The synchronous motion of roller was realized and burring was avoided. The experiment verifies that the precision forming of the component can be achieved by this technology, which greatly improves the material utilization, reduces the production costs and saves energy, and anticipated goal of this research is achieved.
