摘 要:为研究钼在串联战斗部前级的应用,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件,采用多物质ALE流固耦合算法,对偏心亚半球钼罩不同起爆方式、罩高、壁厚和曲率半径下杆式射流的成型进行数值模拟,并对计算结果进行分析,最后通过与锥形钼罩和偏心亚半球铜罩形成射流性能对比得出结论。结果表明:钼在相同结构条件下成型射流形态以及特征参数性能均优于铜;对比锥形钼罩,偏心亚半球形装药结构所形成杆式射流长度、速度、直径以及药型罩利用率均大于锥形钼罩;最后优化得到金属钼在此装药结构下,选择带隔板点起爆、罩高为45 mm、壁厚为1.5 mm、曲率半径为140 mm时形成最佳杆式侵彻体。In order to study the application of molybdenum liner in the tandem warhead precursor charge, the formation process of the rod-like jet produced by the eccentric sub-hemisphere shaped charge with the molybdenum liner in the cases of different initiation modes, liner wall thicknesses, liner height and curvature radius was simulated based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D with ALE fluid-structure coupling algorithm. The calculated results were analyzed and vorified by means of the comparison between the cone-shaped charge of the molybdenum liner and the eccentric sub-hemisphere shaped charge of the copper liner. The results show that the molybdenum is better than the copper in forming the jet form and characteristic parameters of performance in the same structure; Compared with the cone-shaped charge of the molybdenum liner, the jet length, speed, diameter and the explosion utilization formed by the eccentric sub-hemisphere shaped charge are greater than those by the cone-shaped charge of the molybdenum liner; the optimized scheme is that the structure of the molybdenum liner with high point initiation, the liner height 45 ram, the thickness 1.5 mm, the curvature radius 140 mm can form a best rod-like jet.
