摘  要:为实现聚能装药对混凝土介质的大破孔侵彻,采用数值模拟的方法,利用Autodyn-2D动力学软件,分别对3种装药结构的TC4钛合金射流侵彻高强度混凝土靶的过程进行仿真计算,并分析射流的成型及侵彻规律。研究表明:在炸高为2倍装药口径的条件下,单锥形罩射流的侵彻深度可达到6倍装药口径,亚半球罩的侵彻孔径可达到0.6倍装药口径以上;弧锥结合罩射流得到的侵彻孔道较好地综合了两种传统聚能装药结构的特点,能兼顾侵彻孔径和孔深的要求。In order to realize the large hu]e penetration of the concrete medium by the shaped charge., numerical simulation method was adopted using the dynamic software Autodyn-2D. The different processes of TC4 titanium alloy jet of three kinds charging structure penetrating the high strength concrete targets were simulated and calculated respectively, and the law of forming and penetrating of jet was analyzed. Studies show that when the burst height is two times charge' s diameter, the penetration depth of the jet of cone liner can reach 6 times the diameter, the penetration hole of the jet of sub-hemisphere liner is larger than 0.6 times diameter. The penetrating hole of the jet of the arc-cone liner combines the advantages of two traditional structures of shaped charge, meeting the requirements of both diameter and depth of concrete crater at the same time.
