会阴体修复联合阴道黏膜皱褶缝合阴道紧缩术的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨会阴体修复联合阴道黏膜皱褶缝合阴道紧缩术治疗阴道松弛的效果和并发症。方法自2013年5月至2014年4月,应用会阴体修复联合阴道黏膜皱褶缝合法治疗阴道松弛94例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果 94例患者中,92例一期愈合;2例阴道口处切口裂开,经换药、二期缝合,3周后延期愈合。外阴形态改善,均无术后出血、血肿、感染和阴道黏膜脱垂。随访67例,随访时间为术后6-15个月,除1例术后12个月感觉紧缩效果不满意要求再次手术外,其余均满意。结论会阴体修复联合阴道黏膜皱褶缝合阴道紧缩术效果良好,可有效预防术后血肿和阴道黏膜脱垂。Objective To discuss the effect and complications of vaginal contraction by perineal body reconstruction combined with crapy vaginal mucosa suturing.Methods 94 cases underwent perineal body reconstruction combined with crapy vaginal mucosa suturing for the treatment of vaginal relaxationfrom May 2013 to April 2014.Data was analyzed retrospectively.Results 92 cases were primary healing.2cases suffered from incision split located in the orifice of the vagina and were cured underdressing and a secondary suture.All cases healed without bleeding,hematoma,infection and mucosa prolapse,and the vulva morphology was improved obviously.67 cases were under followed up,with the follow-up time of 6to 15 months.There was one case who was not satisfied with the effect one year after surgery,and asked for reoperation.The rest of them were all satisfied with their sexual lives.Conclusions Vaginal contraction by perineal body reconstruction combined with crapy vaginal mucosa suturing is an effective method,which can prevent postoperative hematoma and vaginal mucosa prolapse.
