摘  要:针对变频器供电下电机系统产生的噪声问题,提出了一种简单有效的随机开关频率PWM法,即载波的频率和载波的三角波个数分别由两个不同的随机数发生器控制,以实现开关频率的随机化。该方法同时解决了载波切换过程中的相位差问题,实现了无相位差切换。以某型变频器为研究对象,设计了三相空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)控制的电机系统,通过试验测量,电机系统的噪声明显降低。该方法实现简单,对噪声要求较高的场合具有一定的应用前景。Focusing on the acoustic noise problem produced by the system of motors powered by inverter,a simple and effective random switching frequency PWM method was persented,namely in order to realize the switching frequency of randomization,the frequency of the carrier and the number of triangular carrier respectively by two different random number generator control. This method solved the carrier phase difference problem in the process of switching and realizes no phase switch at the same time. With a certain transducer as the research object,design the three-phase space vector pulse width modulation( SVPWM) of motor control system. Through the experimental measurement,the noise of the motor system was decreased obviously. This method was easy to implement,so in the occasions with higher requirements for noise has a certain application prospect.
