两相静止坐标系下有功功率的异步电机转子故障诊断

摘  要:提出一种利用两相静止坐标系下瞬时有功功率诊断转子断条的方法。理论和试验共同证明,断条故障时,定子电流故障边频部分在两相静止坐标轴上有功功率pα、pβ中产生特征故障频率fb(fb=2sf1),此特征故障频率避免故障边频易被基频淹没的缺点,且幅值较大,易被诊断辨识。在故障早期,特征故障频率fb的幅值较明显,表明此法对电机断条故障早期在线监测的能力。试验频谱图表明,随着转子断条数量的增加,pα、pβ中特征故障频率的幅值也在增加,与实际情况相吻合,有利于故障程度的量化和电机故障诊断系统的建立。The rotor broken bar Diagnosis based on the instantaneous active power in the two-phase static coordinate was proposed. The theoretical and experimental verification showed that the fault characteristic frequency components fb( fb= 2sf1) of broken bar was extracted from active power pα、pβin the two-phase static coordinate because of the fault signal of the stator current. The fault characteristic frequency was effectively exempted to be drowned easily by the base wave frequency,and it's amplitude was high and identified. The amplitude of fbfor the case of early fault highlights the ability of online recognition in the early fault diagnosis. Experimental spectrum showed that the amplitude of fbraise along with the increase of broken bar,which coincides to physical truth. At the same time,the trend was beneficial to the quantification of the fault extent and establishment of diagnostic rules.
