摘  要:针对煤沥青粘结剂在实际应用塑性差的问题,采用硬脂酸表面改性煤沥青,开展硬脂酸加入量对煤沥青软化点、黏度影响的实验,利用热重分析、红外光谱对样品表面表征,探讨硬脂酸改性煤沥青机制,结果得出硬脂酸可有效降低煤沥青软化点和黏度,改性煤沥青在1380.6 cm-1出现甲基吸收峰,说明沥青接入了甲基基团,硬脂酸与煤沥青以化学键结合,改变原有沥青的胶束状态,降低了界面能。Based on the problem of coal tar pitch (CTP) binder poor plasticity in its application, stearic acid (SA) had been adopted to modify CTP. The sample surface was characterized by TG, FT - IR. The effect of different amounts of stearic acid, on the properties of coal tar pitch softening point and vis-cosity was carried out. The modification mechanism was discussed. It was found that SA can lower the CTP softening point and viscosity effectively. Modified CTP showed new absorption peaks at 11380.6cm^-1, which indicated that methyl group was attached to CTP. Chemical binding was between SA and CTP. The SA could change CTP micelle state and reduce the interface energy.
