摘　　要：设计了一种集弹簧分选、上下料和铆接技术于一体的电池弹簧片自动组装装置,阐述了该装置的工作原理、主要结构和设计关键点,并对弹簧分选和电池弹簧片铆接的实现方法作出了说明,为电池弹簧组装企业提供技术支持。In order to provide technical support for the battery-spring assembly companies, a automatic device which synthesizes spring sorting, feeding and blanking and riveting technologies has been designed. While introducing the device＇ s working principle, main structures and key points in design, this paper also expounds the realization methods to sort springs and rivet battery-spring slices.
