摘 要:用紫外-可见分光光度计考察了溶液中Sn2+和Sn4+与邻苯二酚紫(PCV)的显色反应随时间变化情况,结果表明两种离子都能与PCV发生络合反应,两种离子在显色动力学上有着明显的差异,Sn4+和Sn2+与PCV分别在11 min和45 min显色完全并趋于稳定.干扰试验结果证明,在溶液中,加入10倍Sn4+浓度的葡萄糖酸,不会造成对显色反应的影响.根据实验数据建立了偏最小二乘法预测模型,用此模型对9组已知浓度的Sn Cl2和Sn Cl4混合溶液进行了预测,结果表明当在1.62<[Sn2+]/[Sn4+]<32.52范围内,该模型预测两种离子的浓度与实测值相吻合.用偏最小二乘-速差动力学分光光度法分析自制葡萄糖酸亚锡产品的总锡含量为37.53%,亚锡含量为34.26%.The chromogenic reaction of Snz+ and Sn4+ with PCV was examined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer. The results showed that there was an obvious difference in ehromogenic reaction dy- namics. The chromogenic reaction of Sn4+ with PCV was completed in 11 min, and Sn2+ in 45 min. In- terference test results showed that the glucose acid in the solution did not affect the chromogenic reaction. Partial least squares-speed differential kinetics spectrophotometry model was established based on the ex- perimental data. Nine sets of mixed solution of SnC12 and SnC14 known concentration were predicted by u- sing the model, the results showed that the calculation values on both ions concentration was in conformity with the simultaneous determination values when 1.62 〈 [ Sn2 + ] / [ Sn4 + ] 〈 32.52. The total tin content of homemade stannous glueonate product was 37.53%, Sn2+ content was 34.26% by using partial least squares-speed differential kinetic speetrophotometry.
