摘 要:以2.4 Mt/a渣油加氢装置分馏部分进料条件为基准,对单塔流程、双塔流程Ⅰ、双塔流程Ⅱ3种分馏方案进行模拟计算,并进行技术经济对比。结果表明,单塔流程投资和能耗均最小,但该流程需要设置酸性气压缩机,装置分馏部分长周期运行的可靠性略低。双塔流程通过设置汽提塔,提高了装置长周期运行的可靠性,降低了柴油产品中的硫化氢含量。其中双塔流程Ⅰ设备投资比单塔流程高50万元,单位原料油能耗比单塔流程高147.39 MJ/t;双塔流程Ⅱ设备投资比单塔流程低150万元,单位原料油能耗比单塔流程高94.55 MJ/t。因此,双塔流程Ⅱ可在最大程度上提高装置分馏部分长周期运行的可靠性,节省设备投资。In a case study of the fractionator with 2.4 MM TPY feed of a residue oil hydrotreating unit,the 3 fractionation processes of single-tower,double-tower Ⅰ and double-tower Ⅱ are simulated and compared in technology and economics.The results show that the single-tower fractionation process has the advantages of reduced capital investment and low energy consumption and the disadvantages of installation of sour gas compressor and low reliability in long-term operation.The installation of stripper in the double-tower process has improved the reliability in long-term operation of the unit and reduced the hydrogen sulfide in diesel product.Compared to the single-tower process,the equipment investment of double-tower process Ⅰ is 0.5 million RMB higher than that of single-tower process,and the energy consumption is 147.39 MJ/t (feed) higher.Whereas,the investment of equipment of double-tower process Ⅱ is 1.5 million RMB lower than the singletower process,and the energy consumption is 94.55 MJ/t (feed) higher.Therefore,the double-tower process Ⅱ can maximally improve the reliability of long-term operation of fractionation section and save the equipment investment.
