摘 要:采用PROⅡ软件对烃类蒸气转化制氢工艺进行了模拟计算,分析了当原料气中氮气较高时,中变气分水罐数量对中变气及酸性水组成的影响。当制氢原料中氮气含量较高且中变反应采用铁铬系催化剂时,中变反应器出口有少量的氨生成。计算结果表明:中变气分水罐的设置数量不大于3个时,进入PSA单元的中变气中NH3体积分数小于50μL/L。酸性水汽提塔采用高压汽提方案时,净化水中NH3体积分数小于3μL/L。Steam reforming hydrogen generation process is simulated by using PRO Ⅱ.The impacts of number of shift gas water knock-out drums on the shift gas and sour water compositions are studied.When nitrogen in steam reforming feedstock is higher and Fe-Cr catalyst is utilized,a small amount of ammonia is formed at the outlet of shift reactor.The calculation shows that the ammonia content in process gas before entering PSA unit is less than 50 ppm when the number of process separators is no more than 3.The ammonia in the stripped water is lower than 3 ppm when high-pressure stripper is adopted.
