头皮发际区微针疗法对血管性痴呆患者认知功能及乙酰胆碱酯酶的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨头皮发际区微针疗法治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的疗效。[方法]80例VD患者随机分为两组各40例。观察组用头皮发际区微针疗法,对照组用口服药物疗法。用改良Ellman比色法检测血浆乙酰胆碱酯酶(Ach E)的活性,采用MMSE和ADL量表评定患者的认知功能、社会活动功能及日常生活能力。[结果]两组疗效比较:观察组的总有效率为62.50%,对照组的总有效率为55.00%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组MMSE、ADL量表评分与治疗前自身比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后,观察组的MMSE、ADL量表评分与对照组比较改善更为明显(P<0.05);两组血浆Ach E水平治疗后较治疗前自身比较均有显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后,观察组血浆Ach E水平与对照组比较,升高更为明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]头皮发际区微针疗法对于VD患者具有确切疗效,其治疗机理与升高血浆Ach E水平相关。[Objective] To evaluate the efficacy of patients with vascular dementia（VD） treated by micro-acupuncture in the hairline regions of the scalp.[Methods] The 80 cases of VD primary were treated by micro-acupuncture in the hairline regions of the scalp. Before and after treatment, the changes about plasma acetylcholinesterase（Ach E）, MMSE and ADL rating scale were examined for evaluating patients ′ cognitive function and activities of daily living. [Results]The effective rate of observed group（62.50%） was higher than that of control group（55.00%）（ P〈0.05）;After treatment, the MMSE and ADL scores of two groups improved significantly（P〈0.01）;The MMSE and ADL scores of observed group improved better than that of control group（ P〈 0.05）.After treatment,the Ach E levels of two groups increased significantly（ P 0.01）;The Ach E levels of observed group increased more than that of control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The Micro-acupuncture in the hairline regions of the scalp is the effective therapy for VD and its therapeutic mechanism may related closely to increasing Ach E levels in blood.
