摘 要:[目的]调查中医医院责任护士心理资本现状,并分析其影响因素。[方法]采用护士心理资本问卷中文修订版和自行设计的一般资料问卷,对浙江中医药大学3所附属三级甲等中医医院的527名责任护士进行问卷调查。[结果]责任护士心理资本得分(79.66±14.07)分,4个维度按得分率由高到低排序为自我效能(67.81%)、韧性(66.47%)、乐观(66.17%)、希望(65.00%)。回归分析显示,年龄、科别、身体状况是影响责任护士心理资本水平的重要因素。[结论]责任护士心理资本处于中等水平,建议将心理资本提升干预引入护理管理领域,针对不同特征的护士进行相应的培训和开发。[Objective] To investigate the level of duty nurses' psychological capital and analyze its influencing factors. [Methods] A total of 527 duty nurses from three first-class upper level general Chinese medicine hospitals affiliated to Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University were investigated with Chinese Version of Nurses' Psychological Capital Questionnaire and a self-designed questionnaire about demographic information. [Results] The overall score of psychological capital was 79.66±14.07,and the dimension scores from high to low were self-efficacy(67.81%),resilience(66.47%),optimism(66.17%),and hope(65.00%). Multiple regression analysis indicated that ages,departments and physical conditions were influencing factors of duty nurses' psychological capital. [Conclusion] The overall nurses' psychological capital is in the middle level. It is suggested that the psychological capital should be introduced into nursing field. Nurses should be trained according to their different characteristics to improve the level of psychological capital.
