摘  要:本文通过电化学交流阻抗法研究了模拟某CO2驱环境下温度和两相缓蚀剂对J55油管钢腐蚀行为的影响。利用软件拟合Nyquist图获得了电化学腐蚀动力学参数,分析了J55钢的腐蚀行为特征,计算了不同浓度下缓蚀剂对J55钢的缓蚀效率。结果表明,未加缓蚀剂时电荷传递电阻和中间产物电阻均随温度升高而降低;添加缓蚀剂后的电荷传递电阻均远远大于空白试验条件下电荷传递电阻;该两相缓蚀剂用量大于80mg/L时其缓蚀效率大于95%,具有优越抗CO2腐蚀性能。Corrosion behavior of J55 tubing steel with the influence of both temperature and inhibitor were investigated by way of electrochemical impedance spectrum (EIS) under simulated CO_2 flooding environment. The dynamics parameters of electrochemical corrosion were fitted, and corrosion behavio: and characterization of J55 steel were analyzed, and inhibition efficiencies were also calculated. The results indicated that both charge transfer resistances and intermediate resistances decreased witl increasing temperature without inhibitor addition. The charge transfer resistances with the effect of two phase inhibitor were greater than that under the blank condition. In addition, the two-phase inhibitor ha good inhibition performance for CO_2 corrosion in view of greater than 95% inhibition efficiency with th addition of exceeding 80mg/L two-phase inhibitor.
