摘 要:研究了碳纤维、镍粉质量分数对碳纤维/镍粉/聚丙烯复合材料电磁屏蔽性能的影响。实验表明:复合材料的屏蔽效能随碳纤维质量分数的增加而增加,随镍粉质量分数的增加而波动变化;碳纤维质量分数的变化对复合材料电磁屏蔽性能的影响较镍粉大;屏蔽效能最好的组合为15%CF/15%Ni/PP,平均屏蔽效能达到40.07 dB,最高屏蔽效能达到49.49 dB。The effects of carbon fiber content and nickel powder content on CF/Ni/PP composite' electromagnetic shielding efficiency were studied. Experiments results showed that the shielding effectiveness of the composite increased when the content of carbon fiber increased, but fluctuated when the content of nickel powder increased. The change of the carbon fiber content influenced electromagnetic shielding efficiency more than nickel powder did. The CF15%/Ni15%/PP composite had the best average shielding efficiency of 40.07 dB, and its highest shielding efficiency was 49.49 dB.
