摘 要:通过微结构和体散射相结合,制备并研究了双层复合微结构体散射导光板的导光性能,分析了含有不同配方的微结构层与平面层的组合、复合导光板出光方向、微结构与LED光源发光方向的相对方向等对复合导光板导光均匀性及光通量的影响,结果表明:微结构与LED光源发光方向的相对方向对导光性能影响最大;散射粒子在微结构层比在平面层更利于导光,且添加散射粒子浓度越大越不利于导光。该类导光板的导光性能对面板灯的光通量有一定影响。Combining the microstructure and volume scattering, double composite volume scattering light guide plate (LGP) with microstructure was prepared. The light guide performance of composite LGP was researched. The effect that the combination of microstructure layer and plane layer with different formulas, the direction of emitting light of composite LGP, the relative direction of microstructure and the light emitting direction of LED (light emitting diode) had on the uniformity of light guiding and luminous flux of composite LGP was analyzed. The results showed that the light guide performance was the most effected by the relative direction of microstructure and the light emitting direction of LED. The microstructure layer with scattering particles was more beneficial to conduct light than the plane layer with scattering particles and the light guide performance was reduced with the increase of the concentration of scattering particles. To some extent, the luminous flux of the panel light was impacted by the light guide performance of the composite LGP.
