摘 要:在引发剂过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)的引发作用下合成溶剂型丙烯酸酯压敏胶(PSA),通过加入不同用量的黏度调节剂来改善压敏胶的耐热性能。采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)及红外光谱对丙烯酸酯压敏胶进行了表征;通过制备压敏胶带,讨论了黏度调节剂对压敏胶180°剥离强度的影响;并运用旋转黏度计测试了其黏度在不同温度下的变化量。结果表明:反应时间为6.5 h,反应温度为78℃,溶剂乙酸乙酯(EAc)的用量与黏性单体质量一致时,所制备的溶剂型PSA性能较好。加入黏度调节剂后的压敏胶,玻璃化温度为-36.507℃左右,并增大了压敏胶的180°剥离强度,黏度调节剂用量为总质量的4%、6%时,压敏胶性能稳定,且耐热性优异。Solvent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) was synthesized through the initiator benzoyl peroxide ( BPO). In order to improve the property of heat-resistant of PSA, different amounts of viscosity modifier were put into it. The solvent aciylic PSA was characterized by DSC and FT-IR spectra, and PSA tape was manufactured to discuss the effect of viscosity modifier on 180° peel strength of PSA. The changes in viscosity of PSA were tested through rotary viscometer. The results indicated that the optimal condition of synthesizing solvent PSA were reaction time (6.5 h) , reaction temperature (78 ℃ ) , the same amount of ethyl acetate (EAc) and viscous monomer. The glass transition temperature was -36. 507 ℃ of PSA while adding viscosity modifier, which also enhanced the 180° peel strength. The property of PSA was stable and heat-resistant was excellent when the amount of viscosity modifier accounted for 4% and 6% of all.
