摘  要:双色前壳质量的好坏取决于2个塑件成型粘合相互作用后的结果,通过MPI模块对液晶电视双色前壳进行双色成型模拟分析。针对分析结果,以缩痕指数及顶出时体积收缩率为实验指标,选取对塑件影响较大的因素及因素水平,采用Moldflow与正交实验相结合的方法得到优化的工艺参数组合,并通过模拟实验进行验证,为双色塑件成型提供了依据。The quality of the two-colored front shell depended on the situation after the adhesive interaction of two plastic parts. Two-colored molding simulation were analysised by MPI for LCD TV color front shell. For the analysis, shrink tracking index and the top of the volume shrinkage were the experimental index. More influential factors on the plastic parts were select- ed, optimized process parameters was got by Moldflow and orthogonal test and verified through simulation experiments. Guid- ance was provided for color molded plastics.
