PAC咨询员规范化培训的效果和影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:对"流产后关爱"(PAC)咨询员规范化培训的效果进行评估,分析可能的影响因素。方法:在培训前后分别采用问卷调查,考察PAC理念或项目概念(概念)、PAC咨询技能(咨询技能)、复方口服避孕药相关知识(COC)、宫内避孕相关知识(IUC)、计划生育基础知识(基础知识)五方面的知识,应用SPSS 2.0软件进行分析。结果:431名咨询员培训前的PAC相关知识得分为(52.1±12.0)分,培训后的得分为(73.2±7.7)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。职业、文化程度对其培训前、后的得分有影响。所有咨询员都对本次培训的效果满意。结论:培训前咨询员的PAC相关知识掌握不够,培训后提高明显,应规范、系统地对PAC咨询员进行培训,以利于医院提供PAC优质服务。Objective：To evaluate the effect of standard training for post-abortion care（PAC）consultants and to analyze potential influencing factors.Methods：A questionnaire involving in the concept of PAC,consulting skills of PAC,the related knowledge on compound oral contraceptives and intrauterine contraception as well as the basic knowledge of family planning was used before and after training respectively.Data was analyzed with SPSS20 Software.Results：The scores of 431 consultants were 52.1±12.0before the training and 73.2±7.7after the training,showing statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.The scores of consultants were quite related to their occupation and educational levels.All consultants gave positive feedback and affirmation of this training.Conclusion：A series of standard training should be conducted for PAC consultants due to the insufficient of PAC knowledge.
