乳母饮食与6个月内婴儿神经心理发育的关系研究

摘　　要：目的：探索乳母饮食对婴儿神经心理发育的影响。方法：采用问卷调查表对320名30-150天足月婴儿的乳母膳食情况进行调查,利用足月-6岁小儿神经心理发育检查表对婴儿进行神经心理发育评估,并采用多元回归的方法分析乳母饮食对婴儿神经心理发育商的影响。结果：乳母主食摄入量与婴儿神经心理发育呈负相关关系,牛奶摄入量与大运动发育呈负相关关系,豆制品摄入量与大运动、精细、社交、语言及总体发育商呈正相关关系,鱼类摄入量与语言发育商呈正相关关系,蛋类摄入量与适应能力、语言发育商和总体发育商都呈正相关关系。结论：乳母的饮食行为与婴儿神经心理发育有相关关系,乳母的膳食应是多样化的平衡膳食,以满足婴儿神经心理发育的需求。Objective： To explore the effect of diet of breastfeeding mothers on neuropsychological development of infants. Methods： A total of 320 full- term infants from 30 to 150 days after birth were collected. The diet of breastfeeding mothers was surveyed by a self-designed questionnaire,neuropsychological development examination table for children aged 0- 6 years old was used to assess neuropsychological development of infants; multivariate regression analysis was used to analyze the effect of diet of breastfeeding mothers on neuropsychological development of infants. Results： There was a negative correlation between staple food intake of breastfeeding mothers and neuropsychological development of infants; there was a negative correlation between milk intake of breastfeeding mothers and gross motor function development; bean product intake was positively correlated with gross motor function,fine motor function,social function,language function,and the overall developmental quotient of infants; fish intake was positively correlated with language developmental quotient; egg intake was positively correlated with adaptive capacity,language development quotient,and the overall developmental quotient of infants. Conclusion： Dietary behavior of breastfeeding mothers is correlated with neuropsychological development of infants,the diet of breastfeeding mothers should be balanced and diversity in order to meet the demand of neuropsychological development of infants.
