摘 要:以蓝蓟种子为试材,研究了秋水仙素不同浓度(CK、0.05%、0.10%、0.20%、0.30%、0.40%)、不同处理时间(12、24、36、48h)对蓝蓟种子发芽及幼苗生长性状的影响。结果表明:时间相同,浓度不同,浓度越高对蓝蓟种子发芽和生长的抑制作用越强,且有一定的畸变率;叶片表面肥厚粗糙不平,呈暗绿色,浓度越大影响越明显。随浓度增大和处理时间的延长,蓝蓟种子的发芽率、发芽势均呈现降低现象,当浓度为0.40%、时间在48h时发芽率为36%,发芽势为16%。随着秋水仙素浓度增大,蓝蓟苗期的苗高、叶长逐渐减小,叶宽变大,生命力较短。Taking Echium vulgare L.seeds as materials,effect of different colchicines concentrations(CK,0.05%,0.10%,0.20%,0.30%,0.40%)and soaking times(12hours,24 hours,36hours,48hours)on germination and seedling growth of Echium vulgare L.seed were studied.The results showed that,with the increase of colchicines concentration,the growth of germination and seedling had a highly depressed promotion and a certain distortion rate;obviously,with the increase of concentration,the surface of the blade became hypertrophy with dark green.Between the germination rate and germination potential of Echium vulgare L.seeds showed a lower phenomenon with the increase of concentration and soaking time.When the concentration was 0.40%and the soaking time was 48 hours,the germination rate was 36%,the germination potential was 16%.As the increase of concentration,the height and length of leaves at seedling stage was gradually reduced and the leaf width became larger,with a short vitality.
