摘　　要：全球价值链理论为分析地方产业升级提供了新颖的理论视角。基于广西北部湾经济区产业发展现状分析本区产业升级的障碍,提出北部湾经济区产业升级策略:集中优势环节向高附加值链转变,培育龙头企业,延伸产业链发展特色优势产业,重视产学研合作机制建设,推动内源式技术进步与外源式技术进步相结合。Global value chain theory provides a new theoretical perspective for the analysis of local industrial upgrading. Based on the current situation of the development of Guangxi beibu gulf economic zone, this paper analyzes the obstacles of industrial upgrading, and put forward several industrial upgrading strategies：centralized advantage to high value-added chain, cultivate leading enterprises, extend the industrial chain to develop special advantage industries, Emphasis on building research cooperation mechanism, combine endogenous and exogenous type of technological progress.
