摘　　要：为了培育出抗寒、产量高的苜蓿新品种,以满足作为国家畜牧业基地和草业基地的需求,试验运用多次单株选择法选育新品种,从原始材料中选择大叶、分枝多、直立并能安全越冬的类型,经过多年多次单株选择建立株系,并进行品比试验、区域试验和生产试验。结果表明:选育出的农菁17号紫花苜蓿具有较强的适应性,耐寒,耐盐碱,品质好,产草量高,是适合黑龙江省种植的优良苜蓿品种。To cultivate new varieties of anti- cold alfalfa with high yield,and meet the needs as the national livestock base and grass industry base,the method of multiple selection from single plant was used for the selective breeding of the new varieties. The types of alfalfa with big leaf,multi- branch,upright and safe overwintering were chosen from the original materials,the alfalfa lines were established through multiple single- plant selection for many years,and then were used for the variety comparative test,regional test and production test,respectively. The results showed that the new variety of Medicago sativa cv. Nongjin 17 was selectively bred,which had strong adaptability,cold- resistance,salinity tolerance,good quality,and high yield. The results indicate that Medicago sativa cv. Nongjin 17 is a good variety of alfalfa and suitable for planting in the area of Heilongjiang province.
