摘  要:为了探讨不同发育期牦牛组织线粒体标志酶氧化供能的作用,试验采用酶联免疫分析法(ELISA)对青海省大通种牛场1日龄、1月龄、3月龄、6月龄犊牦牛心肌、骨骼肌、肝脏、大脑组织线粒体细胞色素C氧化酶(COX)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性进行测定。结果表明:大通牦牛心肌、骨骼肌、肝脏、大脑组织线粒体COX、SDH活性在4个年龄组间差异不显著(P>0.05),肝脏组织线粒体COX、SDH活性均高于其他组织。在同一海拔梯度,大通牦牛在发育期心肌、骨骼肌、肝脏、大脑组织线粒体氧化磷酸化作用及有氧代谢能力保持在相对稳定的水平。To investigate the role of oxidative mitochondrial marker enzymes to provide energy at different developmental periods of yak. The enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA) was used to determine the activity of cytochrome c oxidase( COX) and succinate dehydrogenase( SDH) in the mitochondria,which were from myocardia,skeletal muscle,liver,and brain tissue in Datong yaks at one day of age,one month,three months,and six months of age in a Datong yak breeding farm of Qinghai province. The results showed that there were no significant differences( P 〉0. 05) in the COX and SDH activity in the mitochondria from myocardia,skeletal muscle,liver,and brain tissue among the four age groups of Datong yak. The COX and SDH activity in the liver mitochondria was higher than in the other tissues. The results indicate that at the same altitude gradient,the oxidative phosphorylation function and aerobic capacity in the mitochondria from the myocardia,skeletal muscle,liver,brain tissue in Datong yak is maintained at a relatively stable level at the developmental period.
