PDCA在后勤社会化医院感染管理质控的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA循环管理在后勤社会化的医院感染(HI)管理质量控制中的应用。方法:随机将80名后勤人员分为两组,PDCA组(A组,n=40),由社会化企业按传统方式培训后上岗,对照组(B组,n=40),先由院感小组进行HI控制与预防培训并采用PDCA循环管理。定期反复对两组环境抽样检测,检测各种空间空气、各种物体表面、不同后勤人员手情况。统计2012年以及2013年两组环境住院病人总感染率及千日感染率。结果:B组空气中、各种物体表面、后勤人员手检测细菌数量与A组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),前者各指标均低于后者。B组住院病人总感染率及千日感染率均显著低于A组(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA管理对提升后勤社会化的HI管理质量有积极的意义,利于医院环境改善及降低感染率。Objective： To investigate the PDCA circulation in the management of infection in hospital logistics socialization management （HI） application in quality control.Methods： Random 80 service members were divided into two groups, PDCA group （group A, n=40）, by social enterprises in accordance with the traditional way of training after the appointment, the control group （group B, n=40）, the hospital sense team HI control and prevention training and using the PDCA cycle management. Regularly repeated sampling detection of two groups of environment, hand detection of various space of air, surfaces of various objects, different logistics personnel. Statistics in 2012 and 2013 two set of environmental inpatient total infection rate and the infection rate of the thousand days.Results：In B group, the air, the surfaces of various objects, logistics personnel hand detection of bacterial number compared with the A group had signiifcant difference （P〈0.05）, the index of the former were lower than that of the latter. B group of inpatient total infection rate and the infection rate of the thousand days were signiifcantly lower than in group A （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：PDCA management has the positive signiifcance to promote the socialization of rear service HI management quality, promote the hospital environment improvement and reduce the rate of infection.
