地黄全株水煎剂治疗百草枯中毒的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨地黄全株水煎剂在百草枯中毒治疗中的效果。方法将百草枯中毒患者分为对照组及治疗组,对照组22例给予常规治疗,治疗组18例给予常规治疗联合应用地黄全株水煎剂,观察两组治疗后指标变化情况。结果治疗后治疗组白细胞计数、ALT、血清肌酐水平低于对照组,肺纤维化、呼吸衰竭、MODS发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),但2组病死率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论地黄全株水煎剂在百草枯中毒的治疗中有一定的效果。Objective To investigate the efficacy of water decoction of the whole plant of Rehmannia in treatment of Paraquat poisoning. Methods All patients diagnosed with Paraquat poisoning were divided into the control（ n = 22） and treatment groups（ n = 18）. Patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and those in the treatment group were treated with conventional treatment combined with water decoction of the whole plant of Rehmannia. Results The white blood cell count,alanine aminotransferase（ ALT） and serum creatinine（ Scr） in the treatment group were significantly lower compared with those in the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. The incidence of pulmonary fibrosis,respiratory failure,multiple organ failure（ MODS） in the treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. The mortality rate did not significantly differ between two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Water decoction of the whole plant of Rehmannia exerts some good effects upon treatment of Paraquat poisoning.
