谭平山担任武汉国民政府农政部长时相关行为述评

摘　　要：武汉国民政府时期,谭平山任国民政府农政部长。该部职司农民运动与土地革命,乍看之下,谭平山似位高权重。然而,武汉国民党对中共暗藏警惕之意,对农民运动与土地革命亦怀遏制之心,于实际工作中陷农政部于有名无权之境,更期以农政部纳农民运动于正轨,以至谭平山于农政部长任内难有建树,其相关行为更饱受共产国际及中共之批评。对相关史料进行细致梳理与分析,不难发现,对谭平山此一时期行为的指责,虽确有其事,但若归咎于谭平山个人,恐言过其实。In the period of Wuhan National Government, Tan Pingshan was the director of the Agricultural Minister. The minister managed the Peasant Movement and the Agrarian Revolution, and it seemed like that Tan Pingshan was in a high position of power. In fact, Wuhan KMT was watchful on the CPC, and held the plot of suppressing the Peasant Movement and the Agrarian Revolution. In practical work, the Agricultural Minister just existed in name, and KMT planned to bring the Peasant Movement in to the Agricultural Minister. Therefore, Tan Pingshan couldn＇ t have some achievements in the Agricultural Minister, and his conducts were criticized by the Communist International and the CPC. Through the reorganization and analysis of the historical materials, it can be found that criticizing Taningshan＇ s conducts existed, but it didn＇ t conform to the fact to completely blame him alone.
